LV815 acts as a trading platform provider. All payments are processed through our Escrow system to guarantee buyer funds until the product is successfully received.
3. Prohibited Use
It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or distributing harmful software (malware/cheats) that harms other parties.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on LV815, including logos and designs, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use without written permission from PT LV815 Teknologi Digital is a legal violation.
5. Limitation of Liability
LV815 provides services "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use this platform.
LV815 does not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors at all times.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through the jurisdiction of competent courts within the legal territory of Indonesia.
